Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChampionPool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChampionPool is a free tool that lets League of Legends players organize their champion pool by role, track mastery levels by linking a Riot Games account, and share their pool via a public link. The Service is provided as-is, without any guarantees of availability or uptime.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Automate requests to the Service or scrape its content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service in violation of Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Misuse the public share feature to distribute harmful content

4. Riot Games Data

ChampionPool uses the Riot Games API to retrieve champion mastery data when you link your League of Legends account. This feature is optional. Use of Riot Games data is governed by Riot Games' Terms of Service and their Developer Policies.

ChampionPool isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

5. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator (Patrick Raul Lang) is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, or errors in displayed data.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the profile dialog within the app. Deletion permanently removes all your champion pool data, linked account information, and authentication credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
